Job Overview:

The Client Success Coordinator is a key player in helping clients see the full value of partnering with Cortavo. In this behind-the-scenes, high-impact role, you’ll bring together the right data, insights, and materials that contribute directly to stronger relationships, higher satisfaction scores, and successful renewals.

You’ll work closely with our sales, service delivery, and engineering teams to build meaningful, high-value presentations—most notably our Executive Business Reviews. By aligning internal teams and client goals, you’ll help ensure our clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our partnership.

Your work will directly support the Account Management team, helping streamline communications, track key account milestones, and prepare polished materials that reflect the value we deliver every day. You'll also partner closely with the Retention Director, providing operational support that allows them to stay focused on strategy and long-term vision.
This is a great role for someone who’s detail-oriented, collaborative, and energized by making a behind-the-scenes difference in client success.

This role reports to the Retention Director.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare and build customized Executive Business Review (EBR) and Cortavo in Review (CIR) decks using internal data and client KPIs
  • Maintain a calendar of client touchpoints and track renewal timelines, review dates, and major milestones
  • Gather and organize client usage reports, satisfaction metrics, and support ticket summaries to support business reviews and Value Build docs used for renewals
  • Assist with documentation and coordination of CSAT feedback follow-ups and client improvement plans
  • Serve as a central point for gathering client feedback and internal insights to improve retention strategies
  • Assist with the implementation and management of our health scoring system once finalized
  • Support internal reporting needs by maintaining dashboards, trackers, and retention data
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across client retention processes
  • Occasionally assist with client communication drafts, status updates, and scheduling
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of the retention program
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company sales offerings, products, and services

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in a Customer Support, Account Coordination, or Operations Support Role
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Strong efficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfort working behind-the-scenes to support a team and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and managed services technology
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies that small businesses commonly use
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
