About the job:

We are actively seeking to hire a B2B Sales Account Executive who will be responsible for identifying and closing services revenue opportunities with current and prospective clients for Cortavo by Aventis Systems. The ideal candidate for this role will have an abundance of passion, energy and hunger for money with previous experience in a B2B sales environment. You will be a driven individual who has the correct attitude and who will go above and beyond to look after your clients. You will be resilient to knock backs and have huge amounts of enthusiasm. You will think outside the box creatively and treat the business as if it were your own. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively and professionally managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, lead management, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing the deal.

The Ideal Candidate will: 

  • Develop new business utilizing subject matter expertise on the Company’s technology services offerings & benefits
  • Hunt within existing and prospective accounts to identify, qualify & close opportunities
  • Research accounts for firmographic data & work with marketing teams on pertinent targeting messaging
  • Work closely with operations and support on effective delivery and escalate common issues to ensure client satisfaction 
  • Ensure client accounts remain in good standing
  • Meet & exceed monthly/ quarterly quota 
  • Scheduling appointments with qualified leads 
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Document  and maintain up to date customer data and opportunities in the CRM- Sales Force
  • Consistently introduce & position the Company’s technical services offered so that it resonates value with client(s)

Requirements:

  •  Relevant completed degree 
  •  3 years of B2B sales 
  •  3 years in a Hunter/ Closer role 
  •  2 years cold calling 
  •  3 year of CRM utilization experience, Salesforce preferred

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with small businesses
  • Proven ability to connect with key account influencers and decision-makers to close sales
  • Proven ability to build relationships with accounts and sell ancillary services
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination
  • High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good listening skills and attention to details
